"I have been a long time customer of State Farm Insurance that is now owned and operated by Colleen Higgins. As far back as 1988 when her Father was my Insurance Agent. On occasion, I left State Farm for discounted rates, but learned on more than one occasion that leaving was a mistake. I left for companies such as Erie And Liberty Mutual and found the level of service never compared to the Higgins Family standards. With Liberty Mutual I was assigned an agent at first, and was never EVER able to speak with that person again. Claims were submitted and left for myself to do all the leg work in order to achieve a desirable outcome. With Colleen Higgins I never was misinformed or left hanging. The level of service is what makes this office worth the cost. I was welcomed back with no questions asked, all my information was saved for a seamless transition back to State Farm. I tell my 4 grown children, you get what you pay for, and with the staff at Colleen's office it can't be any easier achieving the proper outcome! They will always take the extra time to make sure you are informed and most importantly, understand what is ahead."
